Drifting Sands Oceanfront Hotel - Ship Bottom

Booked a room with amazing views of the ocean. The beds were very comfy here. The location was comfy close to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the center.

This property was just what we needed.

The whole room was huge with a hair dryer, especially bedding and a King size bed. The staff was accommodating, always on hand when needed. The hotel was placed in the central location by dunes.

The location was fantastic, right on the beach, perfect for strolls at sunrise.

Our room was poorly maintained, and loud neighbors made relaxing impossible during the night.

great beach access but minimal dining options

The beach chairs and towels were easy to borrow. The kids loved having boogie boards on hand to play with right on the sand.

I would have appreciated more dining options nearby.

I had a nice stay and really enjoyed the comfy king bed and the clean room. The beach access with cozy sun loungers made it so easy to relax and soak up the sun. Just a heads up, the parking could get a bit tight during peak hours, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 🌞

Honestly, the location is spot on. You can practically trip to the beach! The room was clean and had a microwave, nice for late-night snacks.

But oh dear, the floors squeaked louder than my last date's excuses! Plus, the tub had the charm of an old shoe-definitely needs an upgrade.

The best part about drifting sands oceanfront is its location right on the beach. We could easily stroll to nearby restaurants, and the staff was super friendly. Our room was clean and cozy, perfect for enjoying some downtime.

Perfect beach getaway with great views!

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights in an Oceanfront King Room, and we loved the beautiful beach view right from our balcony. The location was unbeatable and the staff was helpful, even accommodating us for an extra night due to the lovely weather. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower, which could be improved.

I loved the lovely ocean views from my Oceanfront King Room! The beach access was unbeatable-just a few steps to sink my toes in the sand. Not to mention the laid-back vibe made for the perfect relaxing getaway!

The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach. The oceanfront view from my room was fine, perfect for morning coffee. The staff were friendly. The room itself left a lot to be desired. It had a musty smell, and I found black mold on the walls. The cleanliness was below standard with dirty floors and remnants from previous guests. The air conditioning was old and didn't work properly. I wouldn't recommend staying in the lower-level rooms due to these issues.
